چکیده

High-pressure tube hydroforming is a promising method to deform the tubes in various shapes by bulging applying high internal pressure. However, challenges lie process itself, i.e., requires an expensive pump system and brings excessive thinning deformed part section. One option reduce required pressure solve these difficulties, other provide axial feed deformation zone thinning. due higher load, buckles. This study taking advantage of this buckling mechanic convert it into successful shaping option. named as hydroforging. In process, was first bulged level using open die without feed. Then minimum applied, dies were displaced shape tube. The paper studies for microtube. results noted that lower bulge either no or constant hydroforge depending on opening section thickness
